Visiting the sauna is a relaxing way to strengthen the immune system and train your cardiovascular system. In the Finnish sauna you will sweat at 85 to 90˚C. The organic hop sauna offers a gentler sauna at lower temperatures. At a pleasant 50 to 65˚C you will get to know the world of beer in a new way. The hops produce particularly pleasant scents in the sauna at a humidity of 40 to 50%. Release all your tension in the infrared twin cabin. A refreshing shower or a Kneipp bath has a revitalizing effect after the sauna. You can cool off after the sauna and stimulate your blood circulation on the mosaic-covered Kneipp bench. Refreshingly cold water flows through a restored Rose beer barrel into the Kneipp basin.
